Borrow Rate Curve (Blue) - The borrow rate paid by Rex Wranglers (Traders)\ → The rate paid by borrowers increases as more liquidity is borrowed from the pool. 2. Supply Rate Curve (Orange) - The APY earned by Jungle Patrons (Lenders)\ → The Lending APR earned by suppliers rises as borrowing increases. As shown in the graph, these **rates adjust dynamically based on the Utilization Rate of each Earn Pool**.

#### **Key Parameters:** * **Base Rate (1%)**: The minimum borrowing APR when the pool’s utilization is low. * **Growth Rate (24%)**: The rate at which borrowing costs increase as utilization rises. * **Reserve Ratio (10%)**: The portion of the pool kept in reserve for stability. *** #### **Example at 80% Utilization:** * **Borrowers** pay around **20% APR**. * **Suppliers** earn about **16% APR**. As the **Utilization Rate** increases, both borrowing costs and **Lending APR** rise, rewarding Jungle Patrons for their liquidity. # Rex Extinction (About Liquidation) ### When Is a Rex in Danger? Your Rex needs to maintain minimum health (maintenance margin) to survive. If their health drops too low, they won't make it! This is what we call liquidation. > I.e., Traders must maintain a minimum percentage of their position's value as collateral, which is called the maintenance margin. If this margin falls below this threshold, the position may be liquidated, which could lead to the loss of their collateral. *** ### What Makes a Rex...Not Make It? 💀 When your Rex's health (remaining equity) gets too low to keep them alive, they won't survive. > I.e., In most cases, liquidation happens when the margin (remaining equity) no longer covers the minimum cost of keeping the position open. Here's an example: * The user buys ("longs") 10 ETH at $2,500 per ETH. * They use an initial margin (collateral) of $4,000 and 6.25x leverage, giving them an initial position value of $25,000. * Liquidation Price = $4,000 / (6.25 \* 10 ETH) = $2,900 > Liquidation Price = Initial Margin / (Leverage \* Position Size) If the ETH price drops below $2,900, the unrealized loss will exceed the user's margin. At this point, the position will be liquidated, and the user's Rex will not survive. However, if the user adds more margin (feeds Rex) to increase their health points, they can push out the liquidation price. For example, if the user adds another $1,000 in margin, bringing their total to $5,000, the new liquidation price would be $2,714. New liquidation Price = $4,000 + $1,000 / (6.25 \* 10 ETH) = $2,714. *** Note: For short positions, the liquidation dynamics work in reverse - the liquidation price is the price at which the unrealized loss **exceeds** the margin, causing liquidation. Match4 is a simple weekly game built into the Tea-REX ecosystem: * Pick a 4-digit number (0000–9999) * Match the winning number when the round ends * Win rewards collected from Tea-REX trading activity *** ### Buying Tickets * Entry token: $sTReX * Ticket price: 300 $sTReX per ticket There are 2 ways you can buy tickets during an active round: * Buy 1 ticket: Choose your own 4-digit number or generate a random number * Buy 10 tickets: Generate 10 random numbers at once

Match4 uses exact-order matching — digits must match in the same order to win. * If multiple tickets win the same prize tier, rewards are split evenly. * If there are no winners, the prize tokens will remain in the prize pool for the next round

{% hint style="info" %} **How prize allocation works** Match4 prizes come from fees generated by Tea-REX trading activity. Accumulated trading fees are collected into the Match4 prize pool. From that amount, 47% is allocated to prizes. **Example** If trading fees total $50,000, then $23,500 (47%) is allocated to Match4 prizes and distributed across the prize tiers.\ From the 23,500, 75% (17,625) is allocated to the Mega Prize, followed by 21% (4,935) to the Power Prize, and 4% (940) to the Mini Prize. {% endhint %} Participants can view the winning numbers and claim any winning tickets 24-28 hours after the previous round has ended. *** ### About Rounds Each Match4 Round lasts 7 days. * Ticket sales close every Wednesday at 07:00 (UTC) * Winning numbers are revealed shortly after sales close Round #1 ends on February 18, 07:00 (UTC). *** ### What Do Winners Receive? Prizes are paid out as a basket of multiple tokens. \ This means winners may receive a mix of assets, such as USDC, WETH, WBTC, WSEI, and others, depending on the round. {% hint style="info" %} Prizes are shown in USDC for display purposes, but winners receive the underlying tokens. {% endhint %} *** ### Claiming Rewards * Only winning tickets will appear under the "Ready to Claim" and "Claimed" tabs.
