# TReX Emissions

**TReX Emissions are how the jungle rewards real activity.**\
Lend to fuel the jungle, or trade to keep the hunt moving — and earn $TReX along the way. Emissions are distributed in two tracks: Lenders and Traders, and run in 28-day Seasons.<br>

Check the tabs below to see which track fits you (or follow both).

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Trading Emissions" %}

### Trading Emissions

Trading emissions reward users solely based on trading volume across Tea-REX during each season (no additional criteria).

***

#### How it works

Each 28-day season has:

* a base reward pool (in $TReX), and
* a trading volume target

If the season’s target is reached, the reward pool increases proportionally with volume. If not, it stays at the base amount.\
When a season succeeds, the next season’s target increases to match the volume achieved.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Example:** If a season has a 10M target and 5M $TReX base pool:

* If the volume reaches 15M, the pool increases to 7.5M $TReX
* If the volume only reaches 8M, the pool remains 5M $TReX
* If 75M is reached, the next season’s target becomes 75M
  {% endhint %}

#### Season 0 — A Thank-You to Our Consistent Traders

Season 0 is a retrospective Trading Emissions season created to thank the traders who helped Tea-REX grow from day one. If you participated in our trading events, this Season is a second helping of $TReX — on top of the early December airdrop you may have already received.

**Season 0 Base Reward Pool: 5,000,000 $TReX**\
Trading Period (UTC): 2025-04-01 00:00 → 2026-01-06 12:00

#### Claiming

* Trading emissions become claimable after the Season ends via Emissions → Claim.
* You can claim multiple Seasons at once (all unclaimed rewards) using the Claim button.
* Claim window: 180 days after the end of each Season.

### Lending Emissions

Lending emissions work the same way as [Waterhole Surge](/reward-campaigns/past-campaigns/2025-waterhole-surge-rewards.md) rewards: when a pool is boosted, an allocation of $TReX is assigned to that pool for the season, and rewards stream over time to lenders based on their share of supplied liquidity.&#x20;

***

#### Where to see (and claim) your $TReX

Just like $SEI rewards, your $TReX lending rewards are shown under each lending pool.&#x20;

Go to Earn → (Boosted Pool) to claim your TReX.

Jungle Patrons can claim anytime!

#### Recent Season Allocation

Below is the $TReX lending emissions allocation for the most recent seasons, broken down by pool.

**🦖 Ready to start earning more TReX?**&#x20;

* Trader emissions will be live on the [Claim page.](https://app.trex.trade/1329/claim/)
* For lending emissions, go to the [Earn page](https://app.trex.trade/1329/earn/), open the boosted pool you’re supplying to, and claim directly from that pool’s rewards panel.
